OH MY GOODNESS, I can not tell you how P.V. has regressed or advanced me (I do not know which is true).
I retired from real estate when Ken turned 22 years of age. That was 18 years ago. Good golly molly!...After selling - teaching - brokering - developing - etc etc. in real estate for 20 years, I just got tired of it and quite.
I have never had any desire to get back in until I came to P. V. and then I could smell - taste - and feel real estate. I wanted back in. I have not been so jazzed about any job in 20 years as I am now. It feels great.
This past month has been a whirlwind and I have not posted anything on this site because I have been moving so fast. I must have looked at no less than 80 of the worst houses I have ever seen in my life.
Now, I am in a very expensive area of Puerta Vallarta spending the night. I have written an offer on a property. However, I will not spend over 90,000.00 total cost of purchase on any house here. My offer is at 87,500.00.
Originally I wanted to open a restaurant and a retail shop and I still do - but I have to get into this market. This is my turf and it feels like home with the energy on high. I truly do want the restaurant and I will get it but first I want a home that is of my own design with the right property for it. I will get that first.
But the goal right now, is to give Ken a home and I will do that with this purchase tonight. I will post pictures and more information when I get connected on line...other than through public places.
until then fair well and love life....it is all you have here on this earth so you should learn to enjoy it.
